add kali linux 2018.1 custom config #209

the generic config did not work for me, so i replaced it with a copy of the custom one of the 2017 version

Hi @thoughtfulonion! Thanks for the PR. I have decided to discard the loopback.cfg option since it only works with pre 2017 ISOs. Check https://github.com/aguslr/multibootusb/pull/214.
