Certain contacts always say "Unknown" #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get SMS message from certain contact.
2.  SayMyName reads contact as unknown.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should read the name or nickname.

What version of the product are you using?
2.5.4.6

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried reinstalling, deleting contacts and recreating.

Did you sync that contact with Google?

Yes, I have them all synchronizing with Google.
