SayMyName permanently silences Bluetooth A2DP #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have music playing in the background
2. Receive a call or sms and SayMyName speaks this notification

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For music to continue afterward. Since recent versions, Bluetooth A2DP audio 
output is after the saymyname event silenced, and won't work again until after 
a reboot (cycling bluetooth has no effect).

What version of the product are you using?
2.5.4.6

Please provide any additional information below.
HTC Desire, Android 2.2, htc-kernel 2.6.32.15-gf5a401c
