Keeps repeating caller name even when "Repeat Name" set to "0"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Samsung Moment rooted - 2.1 OS
2."Repeat Name" set to "0" (also tried "1")
3."Repeat Timeout" set to "60" currently, but tried other #'s

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect it to only read the name 1 time.
Instead it keeps repeating about 4 times, as if in a loop mode.

What version of the product are you using?
I believe it's 2.2.5 - just downloaded the update today in the Market 
(7/21/10).   Was hoping it would fix the same problem from previously installed 
version.

SOLUTION:  My mistake...not any problem with your program at all. However, for 
anyone else who may have this situation, you need to turn OFF "Speak Incoming 
Caller ID" in your phones MAIN settings, as well as uncheck "Always use my 
setting" if it was previously checked.     This fixed the problem for me.
