Reading messages I can't find anywhere

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I just got woke up to this app reading a phone number to me and some symbols. 
It said it was a " voice to screen message" I can't find the message anywhere. 
Please shed some light as to why this is happening and where might thus message 
be.

What version of the product are you using?

Just installed the latest version last night

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm using locale to control the app and it is set to speak at this time.

Hello,

SayMyName reads SMS, calls, GMail and K9-Mail. Check those apps for new 
messages.
