says the word pretty for one of my friends

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.any text from this person
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to hear her name, amy, I got the last update now for this one person 
it says "pretty" it works fine for every other contact

What version of the product are you using?say my name dessert

Hello,

Maybe you have set a nickname for this contact? Just look at your addressbook 
if there's a nickname set.
