problams with incoming calls and saymyname

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when setting to say name during ring, no ring sounds (at all).
when setting to ring after say name, it works usualy fine, but sometimes says 
name even after answering the call (and makes it hard to speek)
please note: no problames at all with SMS.

What version of the product are you using?
