Native ringtone must be re-enabled manually #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Advanced Settings
2. Play Ringtone: on
3. Play Ringtone: off

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
- A message will appear which says "Ringtone is now silent!" when setting Play
Ringtone to "on."
- A different message will appear when setting Play Ringtone to "off."
- When setting to "off," the phone's native ringtone will be re-enabled.

Observed:
- The same "Ringtone is now silent!" message appears when setting Play Ringtone
to either "on" or "off."
- When setting to "off," the phone's native ringtone remains disabled and must
be re-enabled manually.

What version of the product are you using?
2.4.5

Please provide any additional information below.
This was first reported in issue 87, but appears to be a separate problem.

I realize that this setting controls whether SMN plays the ringtone or Android,
but maybe this menu option could be renamed to make it clearer to users what it
controls:
"Speak before ring"
- description when checked: "Say name, then ring"
- description when unchecked: "Say name during ring"

Since you are able to change the native ringtone from within SMN (to set it to
Silent), would it be possible to have SMN's Ringtone menu change the phone's
native ringtone too? If not, could it at least take the user to the phone's
native Sound/Ringtone menu (as SMN does for Speech Settings)? That would be
very convenient.

It should activate the default ringtone after you've disabled "Play ringtone"
now. Maybe I can add a Ringtone Chooser in the future.
