Says surname e.g. duffy not christian name e.g. mike
What version of the product are you using?

Did you try to enable / disable "Only read firstname" in Advanced Settings?

Where is that? I can't find it. Using version 2.5.4.2. I'd like it to read 
everything in the contact.

Latest version works ok. Turn on 'nickname' and now says christian name.

Problem with enable speak list. Displsyed list Not in alphabetica order.
Maybe displays in groups first then in alphabrtical order. But on xperia x10
can't display groups on phone. Just whole list. So its slow to find a name
to enable or disable.
Liked the older version with disable list... its shorter, at lrast for me.
