These logs can be filtered before extraction, however they may be corrected later by applying scale factors

Filter extracted points if they are out of the study area: Drop logs out of the study area
[ ] Get list of CSV files that are within Gainesville
[ ] Plot those CSV and save each plot with the log name

Find scale factors to correct the coordinates: No information from the vendor provider
