KW exclamation mark #15

According to Wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morse_code#Symbol_representations ) the KW digraph is more popular than MN, for exclamation mark. I can add a switched for this.

Lol, turns out I already support this! The cheat sheet only shows the MN digraph, but I actually encoded both of them into my Morse code lookup table. :-P
