Preview of the symbol that is mapped to the current pattern #29

Lately, I use this app a lot. I like the minimalism and that it seems to be independent of the android version (if I look at the date of the latest release). But I think, some small features would enhance usability a lot, without undermining the minimalism. So this will be the first of at least two or three suggestions. Sadly I am not a Java/Android developer, so I can't contribute with proper pull requests. But maybe I can support with simple tasks, config file editing or something like that.

The two main buttons are pretty huge and you can be very fast because of that. You can go back to one-hand-typing, maybe back to blind-typing, too. At least if you know the needed morse pattern.

Especially at the beginning you don't know any of the patterns (code groups?) and open-search-close the cheatsheet can be cumbersome. A preview of the current symbol would be really elegant. For example below/above the current pattern, inside the same button.
