Possible methods include scanning and verifying ID card, cross checking admission number with college database etc.

For this issue, create a separate page that has the following features:

Uploads and previews the student ID card
Enter student details such as name & college name.
Creates a JSON object for text details and a separate file upload stream for the ID card picture.

The backend changes needed shall be handled as a separate issue.
