partially upgrade stm32l1: v0.5 is made with svd2rust 0.14, and is the same as stm32-rs/stm32l1xx-hal. This will help with #80
use semihosting heprintln: somewhere along the last 2 days I have lost the "WouldBlock" output in gdb. This bring it back
normal cargo update too

Recently I realized that the binary travis sends to the Release page is built with semihosting, let's see if that runs in gdb correctly.
