What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start androidVNC
2. connect to PC running windows xp w/VNC server and dual monitors
3. connection is established, but nothing is visible.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting to see desktop of PC. Blank screen is seen instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
androidVNC Build 081205, android RC30 on G1 connecting to PC with windows
xp pro (dual 1280x1024 monitors)

Please provide any additional information below.
If the second monitor is disabled, so PC is only running a single monitor,
androidVNC seems to work as expected.

i have the same problem :)
i know its too much to ask, you've allready done a great job,, but having to
choose
between vnc over my phone or dual monitors is painful :)
for me setting up vnc server to use only the first monitor would work, but i
dont
think thats possible

If the problem is just lack of memory, it will be addressed by r10

Damn - the black screen w/ dual monitors is a deal breaker for me.

This bug turns out to be the overall size of the screen. Dual monitors works
fine
for me in 1024x768. As soon as I try to make the screen bigger it stops
working.

I know that doesn't help a lot, but it's something.

I believe the issue is with the total size of the screen (I don't have a
dual-monitor
handy to test though). If the problem is total size of the screen, the tiling
fix
for memory consumption that is available in the latest .apk (090125) should
address
it. I'm going to mark this as fixed-- if one of you folks with dual monitors
tests
090125 and finds it still doesn't work, please create a new issue and if you
have the
SDK get a stack trace from logcat and attach it to the issue. Thanks :)
