Automating installation of missing dependencies? #19

I installed pathtrackr on 3 different systems by now and had to keep manually installing system-wide dependencies. Mainly thinigs like libfft, libtiff, cairo and a few others.

I wonder if it makes sense to either have the package check for those and install them or maybe list them on the github page.

did anyone else have these issues while installing?

Hi, you're the first I know of to have this issue. What OS are you using? If you are on OSX, make sure you have XQuartz installed.

All systems were ubuntu 18.04 systems. I had XQuartz installed before starting... They are also relatively fresh systems with some stuff missing that would be added with time anyway.
