>What steps will reproduce the problem?
0. I installed Sun's JDK 1.6.0.11 (that doesn't come with SuSE 11.1)
1. I downloaded
http://snapshot.bluecove.org/bluecove-examples/obex-install/push/wintermute.de/w
ap/extended/5ud0ku.jnlp
to /tmp
2. Started it with /usr/java/jdk1.6.0_11/bin/javaws /tmp/5ud0ku.jnlp
3. Had the webstart example complain it that BlueCove is not available.

I also tried this in my project, but LocalDevice.getLocalDevice() keeps
throwing a BluetoothStateException saying "BlueCove library bluecove not
available". (And yes, I used the -gpl.jar)

>What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can't tell which version the example uses, but I tried BlueCove 2.1.0 for
my project

>What BlueCove version are you using (include build number for SNAPSHOT)?
bluecove 2.1.0 (don't know for example)
>On what operating system and jvm? Is this 64-bit or 32-bit OS and jvm?
SUsE 11.1, Sun's JDK 1.6.0.11/32bit/i386

ISSUE IS OBSOLETE (not a bug)

whoops. Silly me, finally noticed that you have to install the bluez-devel
package.
So this seems to work now.

Can't see though how to remove this issue, as it is now clearly OBSOLETE
