How do I enable Intellisense / Go to Code functionality for this project in VSCode? #212

I am digging through this project in VSCode and I'm noticing that I can't seem to jump to definition when looking up the names of functions. Is there a setup that makes this possible?

It should work with the PowerShell extension from MS
