Consider moving all services under one domain

This could help with the following issues

• Needing to add a DNS rule for each subdomain
• Any letencrypt rate limits
• Having a rememberable page with links to other services

Instead of having service.domain.tld have sub.domain.tld/service then have sub.domain.tld be a homepage with links to the services.

• [x] Add hayzen.uk static file for caddy
• [x] Add sub domain to hayzen.uk
• [x] Move proxy services under sub domain
• [x] Add homepage for sub domain
• [ ] Ensure all are under the same domain
