need to be rename Argument to Arg in action names #130

SetArgumentPointee() => SetArgPointee()
SetArrayArgument() => SetArrayArg()
InvokeArgument() => InvokeArg()

This makes the naming consistent as we use Arg everywhere else.

In 1.6.0, we should keep both versions of the actions.  The deprecated version 
should be removed post 1.6.0.
