In the event a study description is more than 500 characters this will truncate the description and add a popover with the entire description contents to the page. This is to prevent super-long descriptions from disrupting the page layout and user experience.

...and to clarify for our future selves. Things that I think should be addressed:

make the simple_description field smaller (from 4000 chars to 2000? 1000?); we should design this for the ideal case the Recruitment team is aiming for.
use semantically appropriate tags for content (h1, p, etc)
