StudyFinder is a flexible and configurable application to pull studies from clinicaltrials.gov and augment the data from alternate datasources such as a clinical trials management system.
This makes several updates to the contact and email forms to make these clearer and easier to use:
Instructions have been updated to explain what the forms do.
Form labels have been updated based on feedback that these—along with the previous instructions—could be confusing.
Required field indicators have been expanded to "required"
Form labels have been semantically connected to the form controls (the for attribute)
There may be some adjustments to the language I've chosen here, but I think this is a move in the right direction and increases the usability and accessibility of these forms.
