StudyFinder is a flexible and configurable application to pull studies from clinicaltrials.gov and augment the data from alternate datasources such as a clinical trials management system.
Updating StudyFinder from Bootstrap 3.3.1 to 4.5.2.
Most changes are benign updates to accommodate deprecated bootstrap styles/functionalities; see hide -> display none & btn-default -> btn-outline-secondary.
Swapped the "will_paginate_bootstrap" gem for "will_paginate_bootstrap4" and updated the renderer/css accordingly.
I did amend the header (navbar) and abstracted out the footer for clarity and to better align with bootstrap 4 stylings.
