standardize it so that presenters load dependencies inside of the module['exports'] function #57

as opposed to loading them at the top of the page as global vars. this entails going into the presenters we have already written and fixing them.

also clean it up so things that aren't needed aren't loaded (this happens a lot when copying and pasting to create new presenters)
