update to latest ssb-server #19

published as 1.0.7, docker build incoming as v1.0.7

reverting until this is solved: https://github.com/ssbc/ssb-server/issues/638

revert commit d8f02b3329fc3dbeb6c93b5a43e814316029db58, which will publish as 1.0.8 and docker build v1.0.8 (the last known version i tested was v1.0.5)
