Bei SalmonellenSserotypen ohne SNOMED Code muss als Freitext (antigenic formula) angebeben werden:

Definition eines ValueSets in dem dieser (oder weitere) Codes (https://loinc.org/56475-7/) angeben werden kann, wo ein Freitexst verlangt wird.
Observation.valueString muss bei einem dieser Leading Codes angegeben werden (wird als Business Constraint hinzugefügt bei https://fhir.ch/ig/ch-elm/StructureDefinition-ch-elm-observation-results-laboratory.html)
