Sushi: warn Multiple profiles present on element Composition.author.extension:authorRole. Base element type will be used instead of any profiles.

To check: Maybe the slicing in the underlaying CH Core profile is not correct.

Problem in CH Core: https://github.com/hl7ch/ch-core/issues/129 -> Integrate the extension authorRole in the Composition profile in a next publication, after an update of CH Core
