Janet doesn't run on Windows #46

Running Janet on Windows 10 only results in it exiting immediately – it works fine on Linux. Just to be sure, I confirmed that Lua from the same archive works fine on Windows.

For posterity, this is with janet 1.34.0-39afa30, build z0.0.45, based on cosmopolitan v3.5.2: https://github.com/ahgamut/superconfigure/releases/tag/z0.0.45

Building against cosmopolitan v3.5.4 appears to have fixed the issue. I'll close this on the next release.

Aside: it looks like janet -v is taking git's short hash from the superconfigure repo instead of its own, e.g. janet 1.34.0-39afa30 ⇒ 39afa30
