Gradle Kotlin DSL + Cleanup #27

Use Newer Gradle Kotlin DSL.
Exclude build artifacts from git.
Add Shadow Jar for building uberjar.
Move test directory under standard src location.

oh wow ouch soo this is entirely my fault haha - I need to create a new issue to remove bin files and the like. That will make this code review easier for sure
