This patch adds a configure option to install all available unit files using hardcoded binary paths instead of doing program detection at build-time. The option is mainly targeted at packagers who are creating a package which will be built on a system with very few other programs installed. In these cases, the generated package would be of very little use with build-time detection enabled.
