Enhances Open... or Save As... dialogs with a quick way to navigate to currently opened folders.

@hoppfrosch Just updated the gist to the latest version I'd been using. It contains minor conveniences like Ctrl+G shortcut for keyboard-only operation and folder icons now appear in the menu.
