Github got some changes recently - amongst other things:

Issue and Pull Request templates

I would suggest to do the following:

• Introduce a .github-golder into this repository
• Move file contributing.md into .github-folder (https://help.github.com/articles/setting-guidelines-for-repository-contributors/)
• Introduce a template for issues (https://help.github.com/articles/creating-an-issue-template-for-your-repository/) Having this, suggesting new entries for this list via an issue would be unified.
• Maybe we might use a pull request template ... https://help.github.com/articles/creating-a-pull-request-template-for-your-repository/
