screen set up/down mod broken #135

With the latest build, screen set up/down seems to be not working. The progress bars flash for a fraction of a second but the screen set remains the same.

This should now work via keystroke, spinbutton, and MIDI Control now. There is still a minor issue with timing on screenset change via keystroke... it doesn't wrap around properly unless you hold down the key with a very rapid keyboard repeat rate.

Okay, I merged this stuff into new version 0.94.4. Keep them bug reports coming! :-)
