Hello, I downloaded the latest version of seq64 to use it with my launchpad mk2 however when i open it, it's a 32-pad screen for live looping and i was wondering what are the changes i have to do it in the rc or usr files because i have tried adapting it but it didn't change anything? Is there an updated file that i could download to replace the ones that come with the app that would update it to a 64 pad screen? P.S : I have tried upgrading to seq66 but it won't open on my computer P.P.S : I'm on windows Thank you Capture d'écran 2024-03-28 172705

First I think we need to see why qpseq66.exe won't run on your Windows computer. I haven't touched sequencer64 in a long time.

Second, once that is solved, you can add "-o sets=8x8" to the command's shortcut, or edit C:/User/yourname/AppData/Local/Seq66/seq66.usr at the [user-interface-settings] and set mainwnd-rows = 8. This can also be set in Edit / Preferences in IIRC the Display tab.

Third, modify C:/Program Files/Seq66/data/qseq66-lp-mini-8x8.ctrl to support your Mk2 (I can help with that if given the specifications).

Fourth, copy it to C:/User/yourname/AppData/Local/Seq66/ and edit qpseq66.rc to use it (section [midi-control-file], active = true, and name = whatever you named it). Again, you can edit this name in Edit / Preferences.
