Structure of project. #102

Create new structure to organizate the code of project, like:

corona-cli/
- utils/
- services/
- api/
- commands/

I think that could help to organize better and for others to understand it better.

I'm currently happy with the project structure. Unnecessary abstraction is hard to maintain.
