It looks like blocks.style.build.css is not being enqueued in WordPress 5.0 with Gutenberg active, unless using the Gutenberg plugin.

Does the suggested fix in #107 solve this issue for you?

I suppose that should be fixed by now. I am traveling would take a look if it's not. Let me know.
