Syntax highlighting for `.env` files #48

Currently using vscode-dotenv for VSCode syntax highlighting of .env files.

Example syntax:

# This is a comment
API_KEY=blabla123
SMTP_SERVER=http://localhost/api
SMTP_PORT=465
