Handle API error and nodata

Looks like I left off testing response error handling, so I feel terrible asking this. But can you put a spec in for handling that? I'll merge and finish off the other response error handling specs after you add yours.

I've done both error and nodata tests. I hope they are fine, it is my first attempt to write jasmine.
