bower fails #1

After running the wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ahmadiga/sit-generator/master/start.sh && bash start.sh

And bower is installed successfully, the bower install fails === Error Message === BowerNotInstalled: Bower not installed, read instruction here - http://bower.io/ === Error message ends ===

bower is installed however the BOWER_PATH in setting is not the right path, we should find a solution for this since "BOWER_PATH" differs between ubuntu versions
