changes in EMAIL button UI on home page

Made changes in the Email button of the Home page.

[However , GITHUB is showing major changes , maybe because i have formated the code once to look good. Actual changes are made in few classes . which ONLY affect the Email button]

-> Added Arrow icon near "Getting Started text" -> "Getting started" text was'nt capitalized on the original netflix website. So corrected that. -> Colour of button chnages on Hover as in original netflix site. -> a bit of border radius to the button.
