Can't publish the presence status(pidf)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow the webpage
   http://code.google.com/p/imsdroid/source/checkout
   and download the code.

2. Compile it by Eclipse and run in emulator 2.2. 

3. Enable the presence from "Enable Presence" check box.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I think I will watch the "Request: PUBLISH .." which will publish my presence 
with a pidf+xml file.
But, I don't see the publish message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

imsdroid 1.2.366 in Android emulator 2.2

Please provide any additional information below.

I just download the source code without any modification.
