Cancel Message with the exclamation point when trying to sign in

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to video chat but instead i get a yellow triangle with an 
exclamation point with the word cancel at the bottom

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
dont know...i just bought this evo and downloaded what ever came up on the 
market app

Please provide any additional information below.

initially i was receiving a message that the sip stack couldnt get started.  i 
then created a new sip account entered in the data and followed the set up 
instructions.  once completed i tried to sign in and received the 
aforementioned message.
