viedo call layout is open for incoming audio calls

1.for incoming audio call, viedo call layout is showing. I have tested on my 
HTC desire S device as well as emulator.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Incall layout should be open. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 android:versionName="2.0.453" android:versionCode="453"
OS: 2.3.1

I hava a same problems , I use the asterisk as serve and HTC desire z as 
client, always voice call become video call
