Can not make video when using Samsung galaxy GT9000G

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install IMSDroid on Samsung Galaxy GT9100G
2.Make video call to other Client using the same SIP server (Using the same 
video codec for 2 Client)
3.Then press send video (I'm repead this many times)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My Video Preview and remote video is black.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using IMSDroid 2.0.453 (263), Android 2.2.1
