IMSDroid rotation handling is inconsistant with iOS version of Doubango #325

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Look into the code
2. Find out that in iOS version rotation merely send the info that the camera 
was rotated
3. Find out that IMSDroid version is actually sending rotated video

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect consistent behaviour where the rotation is sent as an extra info.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

N/A

Please provide any additional information below.

Currently, it is nearly impossible to organize rotation of the device between 
iOS devices and Android devices correctly.

What is the rotation degree (90, 180, -90...)?
What is you Android device and OS version?

Should be fixed in 2.0.481 for all Android 2.3+.
