imsdoid NgnNetworkService.getLocalIP fail to get the correct ip on Android 4.2.2 device HM1W #516

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.test imsdroid app in android device
2.imsdroid can't register to the sip server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Android 4.2.2 
Please provide any additional information below.

I checked the source code and found this:
    in function NgnNetworkService.getLocalIP, it will return the first avaliable addressMap element except the name is USB_INTERFACE_NAME, this const is set to "usb0". but in my device i got the "usbnet0".
