I am using Ubuntu 22.04

dotnet --version 7.0.113

OpenSSL version OpenSSL 3.0.2 15 Mar 2022 (Library: OpenSSL 3.0.2 15 Mar 2022)

zlib1g-dev also installed

certificates cleaned and reinstalled
