OI Shopping List: Priority field is hard to select #357

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an item and edit it to add a priority field.
2. Make sure menu > settings > advanced settings > show priority is selected.
3. Try to press the priority field directly so that the focus in the edit items
dialog is placed inside the priority text view.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The priority field is difficult to hit because of its small size. It could be
increased vertically to full height and maybe also slightly horizontally.

Is this issue still "an issue", or it is already solved?

Still an issue. I regularly wind up with the wrong field selected and need to
hit "back" and try again.

Do you have the same problems with the other fields, or it's just the priority
field? Also, which field do you usually "wrongly select"?

Priority field is the worst because it's the smallest... but I do sometimes
have trouble with quantity as well. Sometimes the adjacent field is selected
instead, or sometimes the selection is registered for the whole item. It's more
of an issue with quick edit mode because clicking priority or quantity should
just launch a popup menu but if the pick is misinterpreted it brings the Edit
Item dialog.

Thanks a lot for the information, this will help me to know what to do to help
resolve the issues, if my claim is accepted in this GCI task
