We need to create an option to select the TOC device target in the Sticky TOC in the sidebar widget. So that we can disable or enable sticky sidebar TOC on mobile or desktop

Hey there! Thanks for making this issue. For clarity, I was hoping to have this feature on the regular ToC widget (not just the sticky widget). But I bet if you do it for one, you can enable this for both!
