Multi-size ads for Doubleclick non AMP ads #336

This feature was missing and it was a big problem to make a nice integration of ads on my responsive website without it.

I have quickly forked the plugin in order to ad multi-size ads management on desktop ads.

I can push my edits in Github if you want.

At this time, modified files are inside this zip : https://mailstudio-simonjanvier.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/filex/200505-fork-ads-for-wp/ads-for-wp-fork.zip.

You can test this version and show additional files in ads content type. I have also edited output/functions.php to add js outputs for multisize ads.
